We Provide Full Training on All New Laser Treatment Machines We Sell
When you buy from Nero Lasers we will personally deliver the machine to your premises and give you a demonstration on how your new machine is operated.
We will organise a one day core of knowledge course for up to 4 people and upon completion these will recieve a nationally recognised certificate and we will assist you in getting the correct insurance for the use of your new machine.
Training is done at your studio/clinic at a time of choice (can be done on Sundays).
After our demo and training you will be confident and correctly trained to use your new laser.
Our training includes-
•Delivery and Installation.
•Health & Safety/Risk Assessment of Treatment Area(s) and Hazard Sign(s).
•On-site Core of Knowlegde Training for all staff.
•User/Troubleshooting Manual(s).
•Power Point Presentation.
•All Necessary paperwork to ensure full compliance with your local authorities.
•Assistance with laser protection advisor's(LPA) and expert medical practioners(EMP) if required in your area.
•Full training and assessment on range of use for all machines supplied.
•Full Back up and ongoing telephone support and revisit's included.
